Internal Services Coordinator

What is expected of you?

Monitor and coordinate requests logged in the transport booking system and requests received for emergency errands
Coordinate fleet maintenance
Archive documents and/or shred classified documentation
Carry out errands related to procurement as deemed necessary
Coordinate Hospitality aids
Conduct general maintenance works (non-technical) and other ad-hoc duties that may arise

What are you expected to bring?

Work experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of health and safety requirements emanating from legislation
Proficiency in both oral and written English and Maltese
Hold a License A
