HR Specialist

We are looking for an out of the box thinker who will have to:

Handle end-to-end recruitment projects;
Conceive job announcements;
Select and use the suitable recruitment channels;
Manage different recruitment databases and tools;
Participate in the elaboration of annual training programs according to the heads of department requests and organization of internal and external training courses;
Prepare specific employment documentation as well as the decisions of terminating the individual contracts;
Managing personnel files;
Centralize the results of the annual evaluation of the employees;
Keeping the time sheets and ensuring compliance with the legal provisions in force regarding working time;
Develop procedures specific to Human Resources and collaborate with other departments responsible for developing procedures / instructions, specific to the company;

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field;
Detail orientation abilities;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Computer and Internet proficiency ;
Very good knowledge of labour law;
Experience of working as a recruiter (at least 1 year);
Ability to write reports, synthesize and clarify situations;
Fluency in English is a must;
German language is considered advantage;
Driver’s License : Cat. B
