What you will do
In their daily work they support the HR Business Partner and HR Services in all HR matters such as recruitment, supervision and coordination of the entry and exit processes and the Learning & Education Management.

Count on your tasks
Expansion and maintenance of the existing Tecan Learning & Education program (30-40%)
Evaluation and introduction of new Learning & Education tools
Recruitment for the location Switzerland and our European locations (20-30%)
Administrative support of our locations in Europe and overseas
Support of the annual HR processes in the care areas (employee appraisal, pay round, bonus round, etc.)
Support for training and further education: Consultation of employees and processing of training applications
Support and preparation of promotion, development and potential talks
Independent acquisition of care areas in the medium term, for example in Europe

What you bring
BAC or MAS in Economics, Psychology or HR Management
Training or 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of Learning & Education Management
International recruiting experience
Recruitment via social networks, active sourcing
Good user knowledge in SAP-R / 3 HR and Success Factors
Very good English (B2 / C1) and German language skills (any other European language is an advantage)
Curiosity, enthusiasm and a strong service orientation
