For our partner - a global technology company that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative cockpit electronics products and connected car solutions for most of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers, we are looking for experience HR Expert – Recruitment processes for temporary period – 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

· Active selection and recruitment of job applicants (preparation of job offers, contact with job applicants· Screen and interview qualified candidates;
· Support and participate in the ongoing HR processes: employer branding, training, talent development, etc.;
· Train and advise interview teams on processes and tools;
· Data Administration and Document Management, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Reporting;

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

· Тhe position is for temporary period - 6 months
· You are HR Specialist with previous experience minimum 2 years in the recruitment process for various positions to including engineering;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Advanced level in English - writing and speaking
· In-depth talent and skill based analysis of candidates’ personalities and abilities
· Professional attitude and orientation to details
