For their client, a world leader in health and hygiene Industry, they are currently looking for Hebrew speakers to support their international team in Barcelona!
The Job.
In this role, you will be responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via phone and email.
- Develop a sound understanding of the product (healthcare, household products) and services and to embrace brand values
- Provide professional and friendly client support via phone and email
- Responding to enquiries and handling different problems
- Ensure quality and professional service
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow-up of customer information
- Record all information in the internal system
The Offer.
- Salary: 16.500 Euro gross / year
- Working hours: Monday - Friday shifts (Sunday to Thursday for Hebrew speakers)
- Full - time Contract, 39h / week

The Profile.
- You are a native Swedish, Dutch/Flemish, German or Hebrew speaker and have an excellent level of English
- You are confident and have an enthusiastic phone manner
- You have strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
- You have a proactive approach to problem solving
- You have a professional outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude
- You are an excellent team worker
- You are to handle sensitive calls with empathy
