Head of Operations

Our client is currently looking for a Head of Operations to act as an overseer and guide for all the teams and employees within the company. If you have a flair for leadership and the ability to motivate talent, then Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

To provide technical and procedural support to different teams
Evaluate efficiency to ensure KPIs and targets are met, and where necessary implement improvement
Review financial information and create forecasts with the aim to create profitability
Provide commentary, analysis, budget variance and writeoffs
Adopt an ethical and compliant culture, whilst maintaining a positive working environment to retain and attract employees
Coordinate with human resource department
Mentoring employees to encourage continuous improvement in line with increasing efficiency
Collaborate on medium to longterm plans for company growth
Oversee customer support process

Previous extensive experience in a similar post within an international organization
Strong academic background
Fully qualified in ACCA / ACA
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Proven track record of people management and development
Fluency in English, Maltese or any other language will be considered an asset
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (ERM, CRM)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics
