Head of Market Intelligence

We are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Market Intelligence for a firm operating within the Maltese Financial Sector. If you are interested, ceek would like to hear from you!



What is expected of you?

Set up the function and determine the resources required
Monitor the sector’s activity and ensure that the firm is updated about any developments
Draft research publications which need to be included in annual reports and the business’ strategic plans
Prepare information dashboards for senior management and other official communications that need to be issued
Participate in meetings within and outside of the organisation
Manage the team and ensure the KPIs are being met
Participate in the recruitment process of the function
Prepare budgets for the function
Handle other ad-hoc duties

What are you expected to bring?

A level 6 qualification in Financial Services, Accountancy, Law or another related field
A minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a senior role
Must be able to think strategically and multi-task
Good leadership and managerial skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assertive and authoritative qualities
