For one of our clients – a global company - we are looking for -Guest Service Agents (Back Office) with German or Hungarian (Part Time).
Do you enjoy analyzing and interpreting media data? Can you translate data into meaningful solutions for clients? Can you plan and focus your time to manage and deliver data extracts and reports? Can you work in a fast-paced environment? This position for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting VIP clients via e-mail, chat and calls;
* Summarising and finalising data into meaningful solutions;
* Writing reports;
* Selecting research methods appropriate to pre-defined client criteria.

Requirements for the role:
* French or German or Hungarian Proficiency (written and verbal) ;
* Good English;
* Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
* Strong research and analytical skills.
