Global Order to Cash Manager (English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting Global Order to Cash Manager with an excellent level of English.

The Job.

In this role you would be a responsible for supporting Order to Cash Director on various programs and implementation of the new global structure.

Your responsibilities:

– You will work with KPI’s: identification, set up, monitoring and reporting
– You will analyze and report on trends in different regions based on the main O2C indicators (DSO, Overdue, Billing spread, Credit Note ratio among others)
– You will be the one to identify efficiently opportunities in the global O2C organization
– You will be supporting Project Management team on ad hoc projects
– You will be the right hand for the Global O2C Director: global O2C development strategy, global O2C community set up

The Profile.

– You MUST have at least 5-10 years’ experience in O2C
– You have experience in project management
– You are strong at reporting
– You are a great communicator
– You have a great attention to detail and have methodical approach
– You can work under pressure
