Global Finance Process Owner – R2R (English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting Global Finance Process Owner with a proven experience in R2R processes and excellent level of English.



The Job.

In this role you would be a responsible for the worldwide implementation of a Standard Process Model in the finance streams, ensuring streamlined processes across countries and regions.



Your responsibilities:

– You will be designing and implementing Global Standard Process Model in both the R2R Processes environment and corresponding supporting technologies
– You will standardize the R2R processes globally
– You will develop standardization processes corresponding NetSuite product evolution along with internal requirements and policies
– You will own the global standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– You will maintain collaboration with different stakeholders to develop and maintain change process of global SOPs
– You will lead R2R community and maintain communication with other stream GPOs
– You will set a global training process plan for new employees in collaboration with Training Department
– You will prioritize different requests of Change which always will be aligned with the Global Stream Leads
– You will look for ways for improvement and innovation within the local and global departments



The Profile.

– You have a Degree in Economics field (Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)
– You have at least 5 years of experience in Senior Accounting roles with involvement with change management projects
– You have excellent understanding and a proven experience in R2R process design and optimization
– You have a great communication skills and management experience to influent senior stakeholders
– You have a proven experience working with MS Excel and Visio (or similar tool)
– You are analytical, creative and curious mind
– You have cultural sensitivity and to work in the multicultural environment
– You are able to lead your own work with no supervision
– You are fluent or close to native level of English
– You have experience in Consultancy or Customer Facing roles is a plus
