German speaking Sportsbook CRM Executive

This is a great opportunity for sports enthusiast, who knows sports betting inside out, and is familiar with the terminologies and happenings in key sports targeting German customers. Reporting to the Sportsbook Operations Manager, you will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring our clients sites are in tip-top shape, promoting the right events at the right times as well as creating unique and attractive campaigns for our loyal players.

This is a very hands-on role, where you will be writing sportsbook copy, ensuring the content (translations, information pages & banners) is fresh & up-to-date, as well as supporting our various brand teams in their CRM strategies & running your own on-site campaigns. This role is key to ensuring our clients players get what they want, when they want it.. so ultimately, everyone's happy!

Responsibilities:

Having responsibility for all German Sportsbook sites, focusing on translations & daily site maintenance, you will research different markets to gain a complete and thorough understanding of the target audiences.
You will be coordinating campaign plans for onsite CRM activities where localisation is key, as well as report on the campaigns that you run.
Together with daily updates of banners on our various brand sites, you will ensure all featured leagues and quick-links are updated, alongside creating campaign pages and monitoring Sportsbook performance.

Requirements

You have native-level fluency of German with an exceptional command of the English language (both written & verbal).
You have a passion for sports, particularly Ice Hockey and always keep up-to-date with what is ongoing and relevant for German sports bettors.
We expect you have experience within sports betting either as a player or professionally, along with impeccable writing, editing & communication skills with the ability to tailor dialogue and cater for a variety of audiences.
With your strong organisational and excellent time management skills, you can balance multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
You are ambitious, creative and keen to experiment with campaigns, bringing innovative ways of thinking to everything you do.
If you have some knowledge of HTML or familiarity with Content Managements Systems, this would be considered a plus!
