• Suggesting new ways to improve the support of our community users
• Facilitating online conversations with customers and responding to queries
• Reporting on online reviews and feedback from customers
• Maintain the online reputation of the business

The ideal candidate:
• Passionate about digital in general and social media in particular
• Impeccable verbal & written communication skills in German and English
• Professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
• Desire to work in a creative, demanding, competitive environment fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Desire to start fresh and move to Athens, Greece
