German Customer Support Agent - Malta

On behalf of our client we are looking for a German Customer Support Agent to work in sunny Malta. Malta offers a rich Mediterranean lifestyle, as well as having a vibrant night life to match. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.

Role and Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards.
Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks.

Excellent in written communication in both English and German.
Experience from online gaming is a plus

Structured and organised.
Takes initiatives and completes tasks.
Performs well under pressure.
