Frontend Developer - React, Typerscript

About the Project -
Client is looking for delivery team to join ongoing, greenfield, software project to replace one of existing trading platforms. Anticipated project duration is likely to be 24-30 months. Team will be based in Baar, Switzerland at the head office, and in Krakow, Poland. This team will be working jointly with the Client project team on the implementation of complex business and technical requirements and need to be skilled as such.

Our team -
30 teammates, including backend developers, frontend developers, scrum masters, quality assurance engineers, technical architects, user experience and visual design experts. Team is based in Baar and Krakow.

Technologies we use -
We will use Java 8 and Spring boot at the backend, React and Typescript at the frontend, manual testing to run functional and non-functional testing, and Selenium to perform regression testing. Additionally the following technologies will be in use - Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice architecture, Messaging (Rabbit MQ), Elastic Search, Mobx, GraphQL/Apollo, React Native for iOS and Atlassian toolkit.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to) -
• Participate in requirements clarification and sprint planning sessions
• Design technical solution
• Implement covering by unit and integration tests
• Coach/mentor new joiners
• Support QA teammates in acceptance process
• Define best practices
Mandatory Skills:
• React
• Typescript
• Bachelor of Information Technology or similar
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Mobx
• GraphQL / Apollo
• React Native for iOS
• Any Java experience would also be a plus
