Mission:
- Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
- Calls to transform the online credit simulations into completed files
- Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests and also do calls to speak with clients about any items missing

- Native or near native level of French
- B2 Level in English
- Previous experience working in banking highly preferred
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience or contact with clients – inbound and outbound
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
