French Retention Agent - Malta

On behalf of our client, a top lottery provider based in Malta, we are looking for a Multi-Lingual Retention Agent to work in sunny Malta, a Mediterranean island with a vibrant nightlife and affordable lifestyle. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.



The role:

Promote the company’s products and services;
Continuous relationship management;
Meet targets and deadlines, within a goal-oriented and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

Fluency in French;
Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed;
1 or more years of experience in positions such as Credit Control agent or any position related to preventing cancellation of products in call center environments;
Capable of reaching daily/weekly/monthly targets based on Retention Agents plan;
Team player attitude.
