We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Client. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for our client´s customer.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible to provide Customer Support on behalf of the Company’s Client who is a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique accommodation around the world — online.
• Providing Support via email and phone while dealing with any complaints
• As the associate, you will be transforming customer support queries in unique experiences.
• You will work with the latest customer care technologies from our multinational brands, being part of something big!
Cerințe
Requirements:
• Proficient in French (C2)
• Advanced level of English
• Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
• Experience in the tourism area (preferential)
• For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
