Financial Advisor w/ German

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Advisor speaking German, English and another EU language.

The Job.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned region to provide customer service for purchase to pay function.

Your responsibilities:

– Answer all enquiries coming from internal employees and external vendors
– Process employee expenses with internal tool
– Audit and process credit card bills
– Support buyers and approvers in the use of the Procurement tool
– Support employees and managers in the use of the Expense tool
– Request new supplier creations and check for proper documentation

Your Profile.

– You speak German and another European language on a fluent level
– You have an excellent level of English
– You have an Academic degree preferable in Finance or Business Administration
– A previous experience in a Finance or Accounting position is a plus (but not a must – recent graduate with high potential are considered)
– You have advanced Excel skills (Pivot)
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have strong organisation and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player
