Finance Manager

Are you keen to be part of a global Wellness and Healthcare organisation? We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be involved in the oversight of the financial position and obligations of the company.

What is expected of you?

Present and report historical financial information
Prepare budget forecast, financial models and any other reports as required by senior management
Liaise with external auditors and government authorities
Maintain financial internal control policies and procedures
Recommend and maintain internal controls
Identify and report any issues to the financial controller
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, board reports, returns and reconciliation statements
Ensure all record keeping meet the requirements of auditors and government authorities
Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the finance function
Adhere to the Maltese regulatory and reporting requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a finance department
Finance or related degree/certification
Sound knowledge of IFRS’s and Maltese regularity and reporting requirements
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
