Finance Controller (Spanish+Italian)

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Controller for Southern Europe.

The Job.

In this role you will perform Controller tasks and assist the Controlling and Reporting team for the business partners on Southern Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

– Act as a partner of the local Finance Representatives
– Report the headcount towards European management
– Report to the headquarter
– Produce the monthly operational & financial reporting
– Create added value to the business by providing them with insightful analysis & proposals
– Produce the yearly budget and quarterly forecast based on assumptions from the local Finance Business Partner
– Ensure a relevant analytical accounting

The Profile.

– You have a fluent level in Spanish and English
– Fluent knowledge of Italian will be considered a great plus
– You have previous experience in a similar position (controlling/reporting)
– You have an Accounting/Finance background
– You have a high level in Excel as an analytical tool
– You have experience in an international environment
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have strong problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player
