Finance Controller (German)

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a German Finance Controller.

The Job.

In this role you will perform Controller tasks and assist the Controlling and Reporting team for the business partners on the German market.

Your Responsibilities:

– Act as a partner of the German Finance Representative
– Report the German headcount towards European management
– Report to the headquarter
– Produce the monthly operational & financial reporting
– Create added value to the business by providing them with insightful analysis & proposals
– Produce the yearly budget and quarterly forecast based on assumptions from the local Finance Business Partner
– Ensure a relevant analytical accounting

– You have a fluent level in German and English
– You have 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling/reporting
– You have an Accounting/Finance background
– You have a high level in Excel as an analytical tool
– You have experience in an international environment
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership of your tasks
– You have strong problem-solving capabilities
– You are a team player
