We are currently looking for a Junior Finance and Office Assistant whose main responsibility is to carry out administrative / financial tasks and optimally manage the operation of the office, making sure to take all necessary actions to create the best workplace environment.
Job responsibilities
- Recording invoices, payments and collections, as well as other General Ledger transactions in the CRM and ERP system
- Billing, mailing and managing overdue with customers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Management of administrative tasks
- The opening of the office
- Reception of calls and visits
- Management of material orders for the different departments
- Contact with suppliers
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Help with the organization of internal events
Cerințe
- Administrative, financial and / or related studies
- 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions
- Desirable experience in Salesforce, SAGE Live / Gestión y Finanzas.
- Level of Spanish and advanced English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and decisively
- With enormous vocation of service both internal and external, "hands on"
- Multivalent and eager to learn
