Finance Analyst

A well-established company, within the manufacturing sector, is seeking to employ a Finance Analyst to provide day to day finance support. If you consider yourself to be a number cruncher and have an excellent eye for detail, we at ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Support the standard costing model and process
Monitor and report factory variances
Manage the stock taking process, reconciliations and reporting
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for business improvement projects
Provide support for the budgeting and forecasting process
Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers
Evaluate current capital expenditure projects
Prepare closed job reports
Take an active role in the month end/year end processes, KPI reporting, and auditor liaison
Monitor and reconcile balance sheet items specific to the site operations
Undertake other ad hoc analytical and finance tasks as and when necessary

What are you expected to bring?

Part qualified Accountant or equivalent coupled with cost accounting experience
Work experience in a similar sector will be considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and financial modelling skills
