What you will do
In this role you will report to the Global Head Distributors in Switzerland and act as key point of contact for all distributor marketing communication activities. You will drive and control development and implementation of marketing actions to strengthen Tecan competitiveness and sales through our Distributor Network.

What you will do
In this role you will report to the Global Head Distributors in Switzerland and act as key point of contact for all distributor marketing communication activities. You will drive and control development and implementation of marketing actions to strengthen Tecan competitiveness and sales through our Distributor Network.
Cerințe
Responsibilities will include
Manage, develop and maintain the Tecan Distributor Network and Tecan Distributor Academy (feed with relevant Sales & Marketing and Technical information as well as training tools)
Elaborate the annual marketing plan with the Distributor team and follow-up KPIs
Pricing: Analysis (ASP, GM, competitiveness etc.), market information, update regularly the Order Booking Form and the various configurators, establish, update and share annual price lists
Develop appropriate Point of Sales tools, campaigns, marketing and technical information for the distributors with the support of the product managers
Perform market intelligence: gather market and competitive information from distributors
Coordinate the Distributor Webinar series (e.g. speaker/date/topic, check slides compliance with the presentation guideline, perform analysis)
Regular communications to distributors (news, application notes, tricks and tips, special offers, Production lead times etc.)
Organize distributor ad hoc mandatory trainings
Organize and coordinate the distributor annual meetings
What you bring along
Degree in natural sciences (chemistry, biochemistry or medical sciences or equivalent)
3-5 years working experience in a comparable role in medical device / IVD industry
Further education in Marketing or experience in Distributor Management
A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
English (C1 or higher) is a must, German a plus, and any other language beneficial
Cross-functional and cross-cultural communication and interactions skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Ability to travel up to 30%
