For one of our clients - international leading company - we are looking for - Deskside Support Representative with Dutch, French, Hungarian, German, Swedish or Spanish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performing a full workload of technical services for customers;
* Responsibile for customer satisfaction with the services provided;
* Technical support, software support, or software analysis and repair.
* Demonstrates leadership in innovative problem resolution techniques
* Maintains businesslike communications, conduct and appearance, and otherwise demonstrates a courteous, positive and professional attitude at all times;
* Fully document all issues in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:
* Fruency in English and/or Dutch, French, Hungarian, German, Swedish or Spanish;
* Customer service skills and problem solving ability;
* Mobile Device Skills and Strong operational knowledge;
* Ability to provide information and direction to others in a clear and concise manner;
* Preferred Tech and Prof Experience.
