Data Entry

H.R.T. Trucking, Inc is looking for Data Entry personnel to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with professional personnel, completing in-office duties, faxing and other job duties as necessary. We’re looking for a personable, motivated person who is inspired by helping others, while contributing to team goals. You will be required to fax in high volume and will be required to make follow-up calls when appropriate to establish relationships with referral sources. We are seeking person(s) with some telemarketing experience (a plus), but not limited to.

*Primary duties will include faxing and follow-up phone calls with potential referral sources. Must be able to understand and articulate our services and processes with clarity. The candidate will need to be aware of our referral audience and maintain the highest level of professionalism in conversation and in digital response. Training will be provided.


Required Skills-

Experience in Data Entry a plus.

Candidate should have phone skills.

Able to stay on task with minimal guidance.

A goal-oriented person that is self-motivated.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Ability to work close with others.

Ability to adapt to sudden changes in job duties and surroundings.
