Customer Service Representative

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Support to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Compensation: $17 Hourly

Responsibilities:

Enter variety of data using current technology
Union member dues processing
Convert PDF files into Excel and format Excel Sheet for upload
Enter new member applications and new shops in the system
Post dues and other payments
Generate comparison system report (MBR630)
Generate missing dues payment per month
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received
Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, word and Outlook
Ability to work Independently
Ability to provide good customer skills
Excellent time management skills
Meticulous and Organized
Must work well with others
