Currently, we are hiring for one of our clients - a big international company with more than 20 years experience in IT and non-IT solutions - Customer Sales Agent with Czech or Estonian

Main responsibilities:

• Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured/productive communication flow
• Establishing and maintaining daily communication with the customers - phone, email, chat;
• Consulting the clients of the company and solving different cases when is necessary;
• Delivering premier service, with high standards of excellence;
• Detail interactions with prospects as activities and notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management, and provide feedback upon request

The perfect candidate:

• Is with Native level of Czech or Estonian;
• Speaks English on fluent level;
• Initiative, communicative and people-oriented person;
• Has multitasking capabilities and a friendly personality.
