Currently we are hiring for one of our clients a customer advisor with foreign languages.

Our ideal candidate should:
Answer telephone calls and deal with them promptly
Validate customer service entitlements
Use and improve Knowledge Bases through feedback
Identifying clients’ problems and propose solutions
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

If you are:
English: Intermediate
Fluent in: German or French
Willing to communicate with business customers
Passionate to resolve basic issues
Excited to develop your professional path
A team player
