For a client of ours – a global business services company, we are seeking to hire advanced Dutch speakers to assume the role of:

Customer Advisor
Responsibilities:

* Providing highest level of customer support via phone, chat and e-mail;
* Handling and troubleshooting user support related questions;
* Providing full customer care and making sure no client’s question is left without an appropriate answer.

Requirements:

* Excellent level of Dutch/ French or German;
* Advanced in English;
* Ability to deliver customer service with clarity and passion;
* Team spirit.
