We are seeking to recruit a Credit Control Clerk for a prominent company within the FMCG sector. If you are customer focused with an aptitude for numbers, ceek would like to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Handle disputed accounts and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms
Ensure timely follow up on scheduled payment
Ensure that all payments due are received and accurately accounted for
Prepare aging reports and analysis
Handle queries and resolve problems
Consult with the Sales Team to assist and ensure any disputes about deliveries and payments are quickly resolved
