Conversion Agent

Are you sales-driven? Do you love working towards targets? We are currently seeking to recruit a Conversion Agent to join an exciting start-up in the financial services industry. If you are interested, ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Manage new leads and get in touch with clients to convert them into activations
Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies
Provide training to clients on the use of the company platform and the deposit process
Successfully present the company’s products in line with regulations
Ensure all information on new activations are communicated with the account managers
Ensure flow of new business to the retention department
Complete other duties as required by the management

What are you expected to bring?

Native English language skills. Fluency in another European language will be considered an asset
Target driven mindset
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent persuasion and listening skills
Computer literacy
An A level standard of education
A certification in a sales related field is an asset
At least one years' experience in a sales role
