Construction Toys Customer Adviser (German)

The Company.

For our client, a fast-growing BPO player in Barcelona, we are looking for native German speakers already settled or looking to relocate, to join the new project for one of the world’s most famous brick building toy companies and the number one toy manufacturer in Europe.

The Job.

Part of your daily activities will be:
– Taking care of customer requests by email, phone and live chat
– Collecting and updating customer data
– Handling customer inquiries on payment/products

The Profile.

– You are highly reliable, punctual, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
– You are customer and quality oriented
– You have a strong interest in new technologies
– You are ambitious, have a positive attitude and convey fun and good vibes to both the customers and your team

The Offer.

– Full-time, 39 h/week from Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 8 pm (rotating shifts)
– Salary of 20,000 euros per year + bonuses
