Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join one of our client’s Compliance function, operating within the iGaming industry. If you think you can manage the operational running of the function in line with the company’s responsible gaming and data protection procedures, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Managing the compliance function based on the vision and the mission of the department
Managing daily tasks and executing them according to the allocated jurisdiction
Review and maintain Compliance policy documentation, provide training and carry out compliance audits
Be the point of contact for any questions and issues that may arise related to compliance
Identify risks and challengers and propose solutions
Ensure that product specifications are in line with the regulatory requirements
Ensuring that all regulatory submissions, filing and adhoc reporting are completed as required
Create a culture of Responsible Gaming within the company
Research documentation and policy proposal for jurisdiction regulatory compliance of new markets

What are you expected to bring?

A degree in a technical, business, management or legal subject
Previous extensive experience in a similar management role
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Experience in the online gambling industry will be considered an asset
Ability to identify weaknesses in procedures and implement improvements
Qualification in Compliance
Professional, honest and reliable
