You are responsible for the planning of employees (trainees, assistants, executives) in the area of assurance (auditing) and ensure the optimal composition of employees on various customer projects (https://www.pwc.ch/en/careers-with-pwc/graduates /assurance-academy.html)
You are in regular contact with engagement managers and assist in mandate planning and resolution of planning conflicts.
You are responsible for human resources management in relation to standard processes.
You are the first contact person for the employees assigned to you, you create various reports.
You ensure the necessary support for the introduction of new employees.
You can choose whether you want to work in Lucerne, Basel or Zurich.

You have a sound business education and professional experience in resource management or project management.
You speak fluent German and English and are confident in writing.
You have very good MS Office knowledge, have computational and analytical skills and are characterized by attention to detail.
You have very good organizational skills, you are solution-oriented and it's easy to build an internal network.
You are customer- and employee-oriented and also a strong team player.
You have a sound business education and professional experience in resource management or project management.
