Chief Strategy and Innovations Officer

We are looking for a Chief Strategy & Innovations Officer who will be responsible for the strategic and innovative functions of our client’s firm. If you have the right experience and talent to fill in this role, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Setup and coordinate the related functions with a strategy and yearly-work program
Ensure the most effective utilization of the firm’s resources
Coordinate and supervise the budgets related to the functions
Ensure that all tasks are done in a timely and efficient manner
Develop internal procedures required for effective action and decision making
Coordinate training programmes with Human Resources for staff members
Set KPIs for individual employees as well as for the whole function
Handle any other adhoc tasks as required by the Chief Executive Officer

What are you expected to bring?

Indepth regulatory and supervisory knowledge and experience
Excellent communication skills
Be articulate and confident to lead and conduct difficult negotiations
A solid academic background in Accountancy or Banking & Finance
