CFO - Chief financial officer

EuroTriade is recruiting a CFO for our client, a manufacturing company located in the West part of Romania.

Role description
The company is relatively new in Romania, in a fast-growing phase, is a manufacturing company with a Global coverage.
The CFO will focus in settling all the necessarily premises from financial point of view for an optimum profitability.

Below the CEO's expectations from the future CFO:
"The person should be experienced, and capable to act as sparring partner to the Technical director in order to drive the further controlled growth of the company. In this respect he/she will create and implement finance & controlling procedures, will coordinate all financial and administrative activities, will take care of internal/external reporting, legal and banking aspects, risk assessment, cash-flow, credit lines, forecasts."

- Higher education in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable job, within the Production Industry.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Detailed, disciplined and process oriented.
- Excellent skills in English.
- Good command of German (advantage).
- Analytical and leadership skills as well as assertive behavior.
