Business Travel Consultant with Amadeus (English)

Currently they are looking for Travel Agents with a fluent level of English to join and be part of a strategic and multicultural team in the city centre of Barcelona. Furthermore, You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the growth of this company.

The Job.

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and the follow up of travel bookings:

– Master Customer Service to ensure high quality service to clients
– Resolve problems by applying policies and procedures
– Be up to date about the launching of new products and systems
– Email, phone and chat support in English
– Deep experience in using ticketing tools
– Create long-lasting connections with clients

The Profile.

– You have a fluent level in English
– You have at least 2 years’ experience in using Amadeus, the knowledge of an additional GDS is an advantage
– You have a passion for the Tourism & Travel industry
– You are a real team player and always ready to help
– You are dynamic and have a pro-active attitude
– You are solution oriented and able to face challenging situations
– You are able to adapt yourself to a fast-paced environment
– You have excellent communication skills
– You can also work independently and take decisions
