Billing Supervisor

For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are looking for a Billing Supervisor to join their Finance department.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Supervise the billing and contract administration and maintenance procedures;
* Issue invoices and credit notes based on the customer’s sales ledger and provide necessary information regarding the invoices and credits;
* Ensure the billing accuracy of all documents corresponding to the contractual obligations with the customers;
* Maintain historic data on invoices and keep track of important billing dates;
* Conduct research and provide billing reports to higher management.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in English;
* Previous experience in Billing and/or Disputes;
* People management experience;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Great communication skills;
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
