Back Office Reconciliation Officer (Malta)

We are seeking to recruit a Back-Office Reconciliation Officer, for one of our clients, an independent investment consulting and portfolio management provider. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Reconcile portfolios
Reconcile trades and follow up on settlements
Check and update cash transactions
Verify that dividends and coupon payments are in line
Verify payment of fees
Reconcile the NAV prices and ensure they are in line with those of the administrators
Update presentations and factsheets
Liaise with various stakeholders and assist with opening of accounts
Perform various other day to day tasks as assigned

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 1 years' previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience with Arcoba and Bloomberg software would be considered an asset
A solid understanding of accounting standards
An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
An ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment
Strong PC skills
