Essential Job Functions:
* Collaborate with teams and partners across the world on a daily basis;
* Coordinate the policy issuing process with internal teams and partners;
* Monitor complex data regarding the overall insurance cycle;
* Analyze and investigate potential account issues;
* Communicate with stakeholders, mainly in written form.

Cerințe

Requirements and qualifications:
* Fluency in Turkish and English;
* Previous experience in BPO or Shared Service environment;
* Attention to detail and ability to multi task;
* Positive attitude and a good team player;
* Ability to work independently with little supervision;
* Good computer literacy.
