We are looking for a Back Office and Settlements Senior Officer to join a bank who deals with international clientele whilst providing career progression opportunities.
What is expected of you?
Conduct validations and verification's of cash entries and payment orders
Assist Senior Management in managing projects and completing tasks within stipulated deadlines
Address internal department requests and queries in an efficient and timely manner
Compile and update policies and procedures
Support team members within the department whilst impartially assigning tasks among the team members
Ensure business stability and continuity of processes within the department

What are you expected to bring?
Diploma in Banking or a related field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
Knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT functionality
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
