Business Analyst with service delivery design specialism, to analyse customer requirements, assess the impact against the existing service delivery capability and design manual processes. We envisage it would be one person’s effort, they would need to spend a significant amount of that time on site in our Reading UK office to collaborate with other team members to allow them to complete the package of work :
Key deliverables would include:
• Identification of the full set of manual processes required to support the services until fully featured automation capability is delivered
• Gap analysis of current operational processes against future contractual commitments
• Detailed design (down to work instruction level) of manual processes (with the support of technical architects as required)
• Identification of any additional operational requirements needed to fulfil the processes, including interlocking these with the technical architect team as necessary

• Identification of the full set of manual processes required to support the services until fully featured automation capability is delivered
• Gap analysis of current operational processes against future contractual commitments
• Detailed design (down to work instruction level) of manual processes (with the support of technical architects as required)
