Assistant Team Leader (German Speaking)

Responsibilities
Assist Team Leader on supervision of the team;
Answer questions from team members and resolve issues;
Work along the team, by helping customers to repay their loan;
Answer customer’s questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
Looking for ways to increase collection performance;
Suggest improvements for our back office system;
Analyze team and agent performance;
Work closely with Team Leader to improve working procedures;
Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements:
Previous experience is considered important while the selected candidate need to have supervisory or management experience
Hands on mentality, leading by example;
Excellent skills in Data Analysis and Customer Support
Native or C2 level of German
Very fluent English
Target driven, competitive and ambitious;
Great skills with MS Excel;
Living in Malta and immediately available;
