Architect (based in Malta)

Are you qualified, licensed Architect looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leader in the local market, is seeking to employ an Architect to be responsible for development projects. If you like working in a fast-paced environment with a number of new projects in the pipeline, we would like to hear from you.

What is expected of you?
Design projects and work on ongoing developments
Work closely with the creative team and liaise with directors and management team
Manage projects from inception to completion
Supervise the execution of works
Be responsible for the procurement and financial aspect of the projects, including payments, variations, snag lists and completion of works
Apply and coordinate planning permits and drawings
Liaise with government departments as required
Write and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts

Be a qualified, licensed Architect with a Maltese warrant
Have a minimum of five years’ experience
Be proficient in the use of CAD software
Be an organised and committed individual to deliver tasks in a timely manner
The ability to use initiative
Have strong communication skills
