Accounts Payable Associate - Payments & Reporting

•Performs month end activities and vendor reconciliations;
•Performs Quality checks and identifies possible areas for improvement;
•Prepares and performs Payment Runs;
•Assists team members whenever they need advice/ help in solving inquiries;
•Works independently;
•Ensures targets and KPIs are met;
•Maintains the relationship with the customers and Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls;
•Participates in other process related meetings;
•Identifies unclear process topics and puts forward possible solutions.

Education / Training:
•High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage);

Professional Experience:
•Previous experience in Finance is an advantage. SAP / Excel knowledge highly preferred;

Languages:
•English is a must (advanced level). German is highly preferred;

Basic personal skills:
•Drive change;
•Develop trust;
•Clear, transparent communication.
