Accounts Executive

We are looking for a reliable and a motivated individual to perform the following set of duties:

• Up keeping of the general ledgers for a portfolio of clients
• Up keeping of Bank Accounts and related bank reconciliations
• Issuing cheque payments and remittance advices
• Creditors and Debtors statement reconciliations
• Handling internal requests for system generated reports, such as accounts receivable statements, accounts receivable transactions and prior year bills
• Responsible for clients' payroll
• Debtors and Creditors maintenance up keeping
• Handling of Monthly/Quality Management accounts
• VAT Compliance
• Liaising with clients
• Adhoc tasks required from time to time

Requirements:
• Advanced level in Accounting or started ACCA
• Previous experience in the accounting sector would be ideal
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
• A professional manner
• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
