Accounts Executive

If you are eager to kick start your accountancy career, this is the ideal job for you! A client of ours is seeking to recruit energetic and determined individuals to fill the role of an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.

What is expected from you?

Monitor bank accounts and post bank transactions
Update bank balances on a regular basis and monthly bank reconciliations
Process supplier payments and online/credit card payments
Update credit card transactions and Inter-company transfers
Reconcile inter-company balances monthly
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts within a timely manner
Prepare monthly reporting or other analysis on an ad-hoc basis
Posting of accruals and other nominal ledgers
Issue invoices to clients and prepare VAT returns
Assist in the annual statutory audit

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
ACCA qualification or near completion will considered an asset
Experience in an accounts environment, preferably within an accountancy or audit firm will considered an asset
