Account Operations Manager with German & English

We are now actively looking for is seeking candidates for a role with core functions for their business structure– Account Operations Manager. The best candidate will have a broad skill set including strong relationship management and negotiations skills, people leadership and developmentas well as excellent business approach. The location of the project is in Varna.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Oversee operational metrics and coordinate targets and indicators with management teams on other levels in the company’s structure;
* Ensure that objectives on all levels of the project are met efficiently;
* Actively engage with the respective partners, develop reporting infrastructure and support the client’s long-term business strategy;
* Demonstrate effective leadership and participate in the staffing process;
* Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in order to ensure a smooth business process for all sides involved in the project.

Our client’s requirements:
* 5+ years of experience on a management level role in operational process supervision in the BPO field;
* Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree;
* Strong leadership development skills with focus on innovation, collaboration and problem solving;
* Proficiency in German and English;
* Experience with KPIs and other operational metrics;
* Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
