We are now actively looking for a customer support representative for one of our clients: a well-recognized company focused on process transformation and optimization – is seeking candidates for a role with core functions for their business structure– Account Operations Manager. The best candidate will have a broad skill set including strong relationship management and negotiations skills, people leadership and developmentas well as excellent business approach. The location of the project is in Burgas.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Oversee operational metrics and coordinate targets and indicators with management teams on other levels in the company’s structure;
* Ensure that objectives on all levels of the project are met efficiently;
* Actively engage with the respective partners, develop reporting infrastructure and support the client’s long-term business strategy;
* Demonstrate effective leadership and participate in the staffing process;
* Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in order to ensure a smooth business process for all sides involved in the project.

* Solid management experience in customer service operations;
* Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree;
* Proficiency in English;
* Experience with KPIs and other operational metrics;
* Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
